I've been with 21st Century Insurance for a few years.....
And recently they have disappointed me. I have a very good driving record and I am paying about $400 every half year...I bought a new car, it is an 07 mustang...and my insurance jumped by 75%...I'm now paying $700 each 6mo....I've never had an issue with my driving, I'm not a reckless driver by any

Bad Customer Service with 21st Century
I have been with 21st Century for over 8 years....This year was the first time that I've ever had to file a claim and it has been the worst experience for me. The accident wasn't my fault, and despite that every one has treated me like it was. 21st Century gav e me awful customer service.
