Amica Insurance launched over a century ago, and is currently the oldest mutual insurance company continuing to serve the general interest of drivers in the United States. Amica Insurance uses the best and latest in technologies to make their services reach customers as fast as possible. This has also helped the company to build personal relationships with different businesses as well as the company's own philosophy. Amica and its representatives follow the golden rules when it comes to providing customer service, which is to treat customers, as they themselves would like to be treated. This means giving all customers the same attention and help that they would want. Amica is proud that they have a strong base of customers, and that over 33 percent of those customers have been part of the company for at least twenty years. Our customers are the reason that we have grown so much, simply because they pass along their recommendations and spread the word through grassroots and word of mouth advertising. The happier they are, the more likely they are to stick with us.
