American General aka "AIG" is no good
AIG tries to be deceptive and hide themselves as American General because they know their reputation as AIG is shot. They cannot offer you any customer service because no one that works with them knows anything. It is strictly a referral site....or so it seems....This website and company as a whole sucks....I don't know how any one can find it useful.
